Cyan offes a variety of standard service packages to meet the requirements of most service providers as well as customized packages to meet more specialized requirements. CyOperate provides a simple package approach to all standard software and support services that are required to plan, manage, and maintain networks for ongoing operational efficiency. CyNOC goes beyond TAC to provide network operations center services that can augment an existing NOC or operate as the primary NOC. CyService includes a wide range of professional services spanning from installation and field support services to training, network audits and fully customized services.

Cyan Central
Cyan Central provides an innovative app launch pad that simplifies many aspects of network planning and support. Cyan Central even includes CyStore, an on-line e-commerce market place where customers can obtain instant availability and quotes on Cyan products and services and even make direct on-line purchases, all with an approval process controlled by the customer.
CyOperate
Consistent with Cyan's integrated approach, CyOperate provides a simple one-stop software and services offering which bundles:
- CyPlan-S for standard levels of multi-layer network planning
- CyMS for multi-layer network management of Cyan Z-Series systems
- CyTAC 7x24x365 phone and web-based technical assistance. CyTAC engineers have extensive experience in large-scale, carrier-class networks. Around-the-clock web and telephone support offers single point of contact technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking issue.

CyNOC
CyNOC expands on the power of CyOperate and the Cyan 360 software support systems with network operations center services provided by Cyan customer service engineers. CyNOC services are available in multiple service levels ranging from having Cyan CyNOC engineers proactively monitoring and managing Cyan Z-Series networks as a subject matter expert (SME) member of the service providers NOC team to a partial or even full outsource of complete NOC services to manage the entire multi-vendor network.
CyService
Cyan offers an innovative suite of professional services to ensure successful network deployments. We offer a full suite of professional services, from site surveys to test plan creation. In addition to complete EF&I services, we can assist with network design, integration and migration planning, network performance analysis, and installation.
Customer Support
Cyan provides innovative service and support programs, including access to Cyan's technical support resources. Cyan Customer Service offers responsive, value-added technical support to ensure the best-possible system and network performance. Our multi-level service offerings allow you to choose the right mix of programs to meet your specific service and support requirements.
- On-line trouble ticketing. Web-based logging and tracking of problems to ensure the highest possible uptime.
- Hardware and software warranties. Full on-year warranty on all Cyan hardware products. Cyan software and CyMS can be licensed on an annual basis. CyTAC support is included in the annual software license agreement.
- Software updates. Both Cyan Z-Series system software and CyMS software updates and upgrades are available through the Customer Portal.
- Knowledge Base. A comprehensive set of online technical documentation, including planning and engineering, installation and configuration, quick reference guides, CLI and TL1 reference guides, release notes, Field Service Bulletins, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and the CyMS configuration guide.
- Training. On-line or on-site, Cyan provides the training programs required to ensure your staff can maximize productivity.
