CyMS is a carrier-class, scalable element management system that delivers fault, configuration, administration, performance, and security capabilities.

Innovative 3-dimensional graphical representations support a What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) user interface to configure, monitor, maintain, and operate your networks and underlying equipment and facilities. CyMS supports an integrated view of these network assets. The application is based on TMF.814 MTNM modeling rules, and supports a distributed hierarchical object database to track node and network objects, together with their inter- and intra-layer relationships.
